In the Image menu template, an image menu button has
an image and a text label.
By default, the two components are moved together and
selected together.
Due to this tight connection, it may not seem to be obvious
as how to edit each part separately.
In the following,
we will show you that all you need to do
is a second mouse click after a selection has been made.
Let's start with the example of an image menu page with 4 image menu buttons.
First, we select a menu button by clicking on it.
Please note that the menu button with both its image and its text label
will be selected as a whole,
whether you have clicked only on the image,
or only on the text label.
Select the image only:
To select only the image part of the menu button,
click again on the image the second time
will separate it from the text label.
Note: by clicking on the text label (unselected) again,
the whole selection of the menu button will be restored.
Select the text label only:
Similarly,
to select only the text label of the menu button,
click a second time on the text label
will separate it from the image.
Note: similarly, by clicking on the image (unselected) again,
the whole selection of the menu button will be restored.
Summary
1. when both parts are selected,
click on either one will make it the only selected part,
or will unselect its counterpart.
2. when only one of the two parts is selected,
click on the unselected part will restore the whole selection.
