This page provides information on how to return an Womble product purchased on Womble.com.
Womble DOESN'T accept returns for the following types of products:
* Products obtained through a volume license
or any special discount sales.
* Not-for-resale, pirated or free-of-charge products or versions.
* Products purchased from an online auction site,
or from an individual.
* Products, or versions of products, that Womble
no longer distributes or supports.
* Products that have been opened.
The Time for Requesting a Return
Any unopened product besides the above products can be returned
to us for a full refund. Just email us within 72 hours.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
The first step to return or exchange a product to Womble is
to contact Womble at firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject
"return/exchange request" and following information:
* The product key
* Your name and email address
* The product and the version you're returning
* The reason for the return
* The purchase price and your payment methods
* The online store where you made the payment
Once the request is approved, Womble Customer Service will
contact you with the return instructions.
