Press this button will start the video player in a forward play.
As soon as the video player begins playing, this button switches
to a stop bitmap, and press it again stops the video player.
The video player has a Speed Switch, which toggles among
three different speeds: a normal speed, a medium fast speed,
and a fast speed.
In a normal speed, the video player will synchronize the
video display clock with the embedded video frame rate.
In this case, the video player may skip frames if there is
not enough time to play every frame. Conversely, it will
introduce time delays between image display updates.
When the Speed Switch selects one of the fast speed modes,
the video player will display every Logical Frame.
