This command is used to add special effect, and/or insert external video clips into the Editor.

This is the place the user can dynamically add special effect and define transitions over different video segments.

The Insert is one of the most powerful editing commands. It not only allows you to insert any MPEG video, but also lets you integrate other format videos and still images into the MPEG movie. In addition, you can mix different MPEG movies in the same Editor.

Alternatively, the user can select a clip from the Video Clipboard and drop it on an opened Editor, and then select the same set of Insert parameters when presented with an Insert dialog window.
