This adds the currently marked segment to the Video Clipboard.

You can name the clip in the text field within the Video Clipboard.

The Video Clipboard can be saved into a project file and loaded back later.

A clip in the Video Clipboard can be used to start a new Editor when the user drags it out of the Video Clipboard window and drops it into the client area of the main window.

A clip in the Video Clipboard can also be used as the input in an Insert operation when the user drags it out of the Video Clipboard windows and drops it on an Editor window.
